I offer a variety of coaching programs, each committed to supporting you in the best way possible. Together we can identify your goals, visions, needs and values, and find the best way to get what you want and deserve in your life!

One on One coaching

Working with you by phone, we'll design the life you have always wanted. Don't you want to start living life to the fullest today? One on One coaching takes place three times per month, with email and brief phone calls encouraged in between sessions to share wins or get some support.

Executive Coaching

As an executive or leader you need someone unbiased to serve as your strategic partner to talk with about your professional success and personal fulfillment. Together, we'll address your goals and desires, communication strategies, as well as any difficult people and situations that occur.

Business and Career coaching

Are you ready to break out of your rut? Together we'll set goals and action plans that are in line with your values and in balance with your life. If you're ready to think out of the box and challenge yourself to excellence, this is the option for you. Three telephone sessions per month, with interim check in calls and emails as needed.

Mentor coaching

As the former Executive Vice President and Director of the Schools of Coachville, I have an extensive background in training and working with coaches from all over the world. As your mentor coach, I'll coach you, as well as share what has worked for me, my clients and the coaches in my network. We'll work on establishing your practice, improving your coaching skills, and whatever professional and personal goals you may have. Inquire about availability. I only have a few mentoring spots at a time.

Group coaching

Sometimes the sum of the parts is greater than the individual. For some people, participating in a telephone coaching group gets them inspired. Groups are generally 4 to 6 individuals working on their own challenges and pursuits, and helping each other. This works particularly well for people in the same profession. Availability of this option is limited.
